At Loloi Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a rug does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Rug
Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to ensure it is protected from moisture and damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
